Who We Are
iTeoman Ucaroglu is an Active Principle Business Broker, active Commercial Real Estate Agent, and former licensed Commercial Insurance Broker (until 2019). He has been successful in a variety of roles, including working for other business brokerage firms prior to setting up his own brokerage.
He has participated in and finalized numerous commercial real estate transactions, in addition to brokering the sale of numerous businesses. Teo began his business buying and selling career in 2011, and his latest sale is a machine manufacturing company in the Northeast. He used to own his business as a sole proprietor prior to becoming a business broker. He sold that business and gained an understanding of the process of selling a business from the perspective of a business owner.
He has also been successful in commercial insurance sales. He brings positive energy to every transaction, allowing him to address the needs of both buyers and sellers while working out negotiations with an attitude of service to each party. Currently, he is working on his first international project. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Ankara Gazi University in Turkey. Currently he is spending excessive amount of time in Turkey due to opportunities in Turkey. He is one of the biggest sources for opportunities in Turkey and welcomes you for more information!
